I came across this interesting article about multi-tasking our life. Seems like it does more bad than good to your health.
I dont really multi-task but i work late.. i guess i have to take a break too. Leaving office at around 9-11pm daily doesnt seems to help me in my lifestyle and health, although it does gets things done much quicker..
Darn, its 2am.. time to sleep.
